Privacy Policy
Rise Collective Hub is an internal tool for employees and team members of The Rise Collective and its portfolio companies. It shows roughly where teammates live and travel so they can meet up. This policy explains what it collects and who can see it.
Who can use it
Only people signing in with an approved Rise Collective company email account. Accounts from any other email domain are refused. The site is not open to the public and is not indexed by search engines.
What we collect
- From Google sign-in: your name, work email address and Google profile photo. We do not get access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts or calendar.
- What you enter: your full name and home city or town (required). Optionally: company, role, a short bio, interests, a photo, phone number, social media handles, and trip city and dates.
- We never ask for or store a street address. Your map pin is placed a few kilometers from your city center, not at your home.
Who can see it
- Signed-in teammates can see your name, photo, city, company, role, bio, interests and trips.
- Your phone number and social handles are visible to teammates only if you tick "Show my contact details to the team". Otherwise only you can see them.
- Your work email is shown to teammates only if you tick that you are open to being contacted.
- We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone outside the company, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Data is stored with Supabase (database, sign-in and photo storage) in the United States, and the site is served by Cloudflare. Map tiles come from Esri and city search uses Open-Meteo. Your city search text is sent to the search service; nothing else about you is.
Your choices
- Edit anything in your profile at any time.
- Delete your profile from the profile screen ("Delete my profile"). This permanently removes your profile, contact details, photo and sign-in account.
- If you leave the company, your profile can be removed on request or by the site administrator.
